Roleplay Rules
1.Godmoding Godmoding is when one (or more) of your characters is "all powerful", invincible, etc. Nothing can beat them, and they always escape battle without a scratch. This is not allowed. Unless specified by an Admin, no cats are immortal or all powerful, and even then, they are not completely perfect.
2. Powerplaying Powerplaying is when you, the RPer, takes control of another RPers characters without their permission. This is not allowed either. However, powerplaying may be used by leaders in ceremonies. This is the only exception. See a battling- example below:
--Bad example: Shatteredstar raked his claws against Foxfrost's throat, killing her once and for all. --Good example: Shatteredstar reached out with his claws, aiming for Foxfrost's neck. Perhaps this would finally kill her.
3. Mating While there is no extremely graphic mating allowed here, you may have slightly graphic mating. If you do chose to have a graphic mating, please do so in PMs; any posts involving graphic mating must have a clear, and visible, warning in the topic and first post, so that those who do not wish to see such an act. A replay of the Crow-Shimmer Scene Scandal (CSSS)** would not be appreciated, thanks.
** The CSSS is a scene the I myself [Jade] and Ice wrote between our two characters from the Faithful Shadows, Crowshade and Shimmerplume, when we were both mods. It was so bad, they at first deleted it, then returned it but then made us use the same colour text as the background so everybody had to highlight. -eyeroll- Yay.

General Rules
1. Literacy Warriors Within is a literate-to-semi-literate Feral Cat Role Play. This means that we are not looking for super long, ten paragraph posts, but nice two-four paragraphs. Proper grammar and punctuation are also included in this. I know all some people lose muse occasionally, but the staff and I will not tolerate one liner posts. If I deem you "illiterate", you may choose receive a helper to help you become more literate. At that point, you will listen to their comments on your role-playing with respect, and will be evaluated every so often by your helper and the game staff. If you even fail to follow this, Warriors Within may not be the place for you.
2. Biographies Before role playing your character, you need to first post a bio, or an application, for your character in the applications board. Please read the stickies on top of the board, as they have important information regarding the creation of your characters. You may not role play without acceptance of your character by yours truly, or by game staff on appropriate occasions.
3. Harrassment Harrassment of any kind will not be tolerated on Warriors Within. This includes general name calling, threats, etc.. If I hear of any of this, you will be first warned and punished accordingly, then banned if the behavior continues.
4. Chatspeak Chatspeak is not allowed on Warriors Within. While the occasional "lol" or "omg" is allowed on the Cbox and the OOC boards, chatspeak such as "c u l8tr lke ttyl!" is forbidden, especially in roleplay. Also, a large portion of the staff is very strict on this rule, so please pay attention. Death to n00bs. Mwahaha.
5. Cursing Cursing is allowed on Warriors Within, but please keep it to a minumum. No super long spam posts with all curse words in it. Cats may curse, but appropriately and as the situation calls for.
6. RP? Don't PM people asking if they want to RP. It's annoying, and it just provokes someone to say no. So, just find an active thread that the character might have business in and ask if you can join in. Or, just jump in to the Role-Play, since asking can also lead to spamming.

Regarding M-Rated Posts
1) Note that this site is rated T, as in age 13 and above.
2) Ponder the meaning of the letter T, and think of its boundaries. It's very likely that your potential M-rated thread can be tweaked to fit into them.
3) Think of the children. Although technically you have to be at least 13 to join, we all know how well that rule is enforced. Remember that children are curious, especially about things that are off-limits.
4) Stop and think. Do you really want to do this?
5) Reconsider your life.
6) Ponder some more. Take a long walk through the park.
7) Meditate. Find peace with yourself and the world.
8) Remember that M stands for both mature and mild. If you have an M-rated thread, it should be because it just barely goes beyond T-rated.
9) If at all possible, roleplay the thread in PM's. Or better yet, email them.
10) Don't try to write an M-rated thread just because you think it will make you look cool. It won't. Chances are it will suck, and you will just look like a n00bish 10-year-old who tries to write scenes beyond your years in three line posts.
11) M-rated threads should still have content. Don't make them just to be dirty.
12) If you absolutely, positively must make an M rated thread, there are three things you have to do:
- Mark that it is an M-rated thread at the beginning of the thread name.
ex: "[M] My love life in detail"
- At the beginning of the first post, restate that the thread is rated M in a very conspicuous way.
ex: WARNING: THIS THREAD IS RATED M! PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK.
- When you post the actual thread, change the color of the text so that it has to be highlighted to be read.
ex: Highlight this to read it.
13) If you step too far over the line, your thread may be deleted with or without prior notice, and you will be told the error of your ways.
14) Don't be a perv.
15) Excessive abuse of M-rated threads may cause you to get banned (but not without several warnings--you'll see it coming). If all you want to do is post extremely graphic violence and sex scenes, go find a different site.
IMPORTANT: Marking a thread as M-rated does NOT give you a license to do whatever you want there, it just serves as a warning flag for others.
